Orphan Relative Visa (Subclass 837/117)
The Orphan Relative Visa (Subclass 837/117) allows a child who is an orphan to live in Australia with a relative. This visa is intended for children whose parents are deceased, permanently incapacitated, or whose whereabouts are unknown. The visa enables the child to study, live, and grow up in Australia under the care of their sponsoring relative.
